Your Club HomeWorx dashboard is your guide to all of your points and perks!

You can access your dashboard by clicking Rewards at the top of our home page. 

Every Club HomeWorx member will automatically get 25 points just for creating an account and joining our program. 

In addition to earning points through making purchases on our site, you can follow us on Instagram and Tiktok, like us on Facebook, and submit a product review, to name a few.

As you accrue points, you will be able to see how you have earned your points by clicking the “rewards history” button on your rewards dashboard.

Your Club HomeWorx tier is determined by the amount of money you spend in a calendar year. (Example Jan 1,2021-December 31, 2021).

To reach-

Crushing on scent, you must spend a minimum of $1, and a max of $250

Loving on scent, you must spend a minimum of $251, and a max of $500

Obsessed with scent, you must spend a minimum of $501

Once you join the next tier, your account will update automatically. You will then have access to that tier’s perks for a total of 12 months.

Keep buying your favorite candles and light them up! The more you spend, the higher the tier, and the better the perks. Once you move to the next tier, you will keep the benefits from your previous tier, with new and better benefits.

Each time you enter a new tier, you will receive an email or SMS notification letting you know.

Whatever tier you achieve in a calendar year (ex. Jan 1, 2021-Dec 31, 2021), you can keep for a total of 12 months. After this 12-month period is over and you have not made a purchase, your account will reset to 0 points.

 

For example, if you spend $600 and you enter the Obsessed With Scent tier on March 3rd 2020, you keep your points and remain in this tier until March 2rd 2021.

Make sure you were signed into your account. If you checked out as a guest, these points will not be added to your account.  If this has happened, please reach out to our customer service team at info@homeworx.shop, and we will adjust your points balance accordingly.

To redeem, visit your Rewards dashboard and scroll down to the "Redeem Points" section. Here you will select the amount to redeem and receive a code. Apply your code at checkout on purchases of $40 or more.

Make sure you redeem the maximum amount of points possible based on your balance. You will not be able to combine two redemptions on a single purchase.

100 points=$5, 200 points=$10, 300 points=$15, 400 points=$20

*The maximum value you can apply to a single purchase is $20 in rewards.

If you previously generated a redemption code to use your points toward a purchase, your points have been deducted from your balance. The code you received will still be valid on a future order. Your code will be available under "Rewards History" for you to apply when ready.

If you are subscribed to our SMS notifications, you should also receive a text with your code for safekeeping until you are ready to use it!

Although we do not accept returns, should your order need to be cancelled or refunded, the points received for this purchase will be automatically deducted from your Club HomeWorx account.

Add your birthday on the Club HomeWorx dashboard.

On your big day, we will send you an email with a special discount code valid for 30 days from the date of your birthday. Dependent on your tier, you will receive 100-200 points on your birthday. Getting 1 year older isn’t so bad!

Club HomeWorx Rewards Program Disclaimer

HomeWorx reserves the right to limit the number of Members in the Program. If you are not eligible to participate, you are prohibited from accessing, using, and registering for the Program. A Member may maintain only one Program membership account. HomeWorx reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the Program or revoke issued Points or Rewards, for any reason, including, for example, if that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abusing Rewards privileges, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program’s intent or for any other reason HomeWorx deems necessary based on its sole discretion.

Your refer a friend code & your birthday code are non-transferrable and may not be assigned or gifted to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate or take advantage of our program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.
